Why
do you use 2 cameras for the wedding videos?
Using
2 cameras allows us to capture much more of the unpredicted moments, rather than focusing exclusively on the Bride &Groom as they exchange vows. From capturing those precious moments such as your
mum wiping a tear from her eye or the proud smile on your father's face. Moments
that you won't get to see on the wedding day itself. .
When
will my wedding video be ready?
Your
fully edited wedding film will usually be ready within 8 to 12 weeks of your wedding
day. At quieter times of the year, this may well be shorter. If you need it faster
for a specific reason, let us know.
Do
we need to provide meals?
Whilst
we don't want to add to your expense, we would appreciate it if your venue could
provide a meal for us, to be served at the same time as the wedding breakfast.
This is to ensure that we do not have to leave the premises and are on hand to
cover the cutting of the cake and to set up the equipment for the recording of
the speeches.
How long is the average wedding DVD?
This
varies depending on the length of the ceremony and speeches – typically
it would be an hour to and hour and a half. The film would have an
interactive enu with chapters so you can skip through when need be.
Can you supply an NTSC copy for our family in the States?
Yes this is no problem.
How many copies of our film will we receive?
You will receive 3 copies of your personalised DVD's.
If our wedding plans go over schedule, do you charge extra?
No, the price we quote includes everything from travel costs, expenses, tape stock, filming and post production.
Will there be any hidden costs?
No,
we give one price which will include everything.
Do you have any back up equipment in the event of camera failure?
Yes we carry at least two of everything.
